Registrations once booked cannot be cancelled/transferred/exchanged.
In case of vehicle breakdown, travellers must wait for repairs or alternate arrangements.

₹5,000 at the time of registration
Balance payment 4 days before departure
Registration charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation within 2 days before trip: 100% fee
Cancellation within 5 days before trip: 50% fee
Unforeseen weather/government restrictions: alternate feasible activity will be arranged (no refund)
Lockdown: Credit shell will be issued after deduction of IRCTC/airline charges
