Things to carry :

  • Standard check-in: 12 AM; early check-ins subject to availability.

  • Transport will be as per itinerary; not on disposal.

  • AC will not work in hills.

  • Rover Rabbit is not liable for delays/cancellations due to force majeure including war, riots, lockdown, weather conditions, etc.

  • Alternative arrangements will be made in case of hotel/programme changes (same category).

  • Registrations once booked cannot be cancelled/transferred/exchanged.

  • In case of vehicle breakdown, travellers must wait for repairs or alternate arrangements.

  • COVID guidelines must be followed.

  • Travellers are responsible for theft, loss, injuries, or illegal activities.

  • Rover Rabbit reserves the right to take photographs for promotional use unless informed otherwise.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

  • ₹5,000 at the time of registration

  • Balance payment 4 days before departure

  • Registration charges are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation within 2 days before trip: 100% fee

  • Cancellation within 5 days before trip: 50% fee

  • Unforeseen weather/government restrictions: alternate feasible activity will be arranged (no refund)

  • Lockdown: Credit shell will be issued after deduction of IRCTC/airline charges
