  • Standard check-in time at hotels is 12 AM. Early check-ins are subject to availability.

  • Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary only (not at disposal).

  • AC will not operate on hill routes.

  • The Rover Rabbit is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to Force Majeure events such as war, lockdowns, strikes, natural disasters, weather, etc.

  • No refunds/compensations will be given due to such events.

  • Hotels/tour plans may be changed under unavoidable circumstances with similar category replacements.

  • Bookings are non-transferable and non-cancellable.

  • In case of vehicle breakdown, travelers must wait for repair/alternate transport.

  • COVID guidelines must be strictly followed.

  • Travelers are responsible for personal conduct, safety, and legal compliance.

  • The Rover Rabbit reserves the right to use participant photos for promotional purposes unless opted out at trip start.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

  • ₹5,000 advance at the time of registration

  • Balance payment due 4 days before departure

  • Registration charges are non-refundable

  • Cancellation within 2 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee

  • In case of weather/government restrictions, alternate activities will be arranged – no refund for cancellations

  • In case of lockdown: credit shell issued after deducting IRCTC/airline fees

  • Cancellation 5 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
