Itinerary:

  • Assemble at the pickup point in the evening.

  • Briefing by the trip leader(s).

  • Start overnight journey to Jibhi.

  • Dinner halt en route (not included).

  • Reach Jibhi by morning and check in to the hotel.

  • Relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

  • Visit Jibhi Waterfall and Mini Thailand.

  • Enjoy café hopping or a riverside walk.

  • Bonfire with soft music in the evening.

  • Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Wake up early to witness the sunrise.

  • Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Drive to Jalori Pass (weather permitting).

  • Trek to Serolsar Lake or Raghupur Fort (approx. 4 km one way).

  • Return to the hotel by evening.

  • Bonfire and music session.

  • Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Breakfast and hotel check-out.

  • Trek to Choiee Waterfall in Tirthan Valley.

  • Optional: stop for river rafting in Kullu (if time permits).

  • Begin return journey to Delhi/Chandigarh.

  • Arrive the following morning.

  • Advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances

  • Full payment must be made before the trip begins

  • Pending payments may result in cancellation

  • Government-issued ID is mandatory for boarding

  • Bookings are non-transferable; only registered names allowed

  • No refunds for missed inclusions during the trip

  • Travelers are responsible for their belongings

  • Departure time is fixed; report at the pickup point 30 mins in advance

  • Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during travel

  • Misconduct or indiscipline may lead to immediate eviction without refund

  • The Rover Rabbit is not liable for delays due to weather, landslides, or unforeseen events

  • No insurance is provided for illness, accidents, theft, etc.

  • Itinerary is subject to change based on weather or physical conditions for safety and comfort

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

  • 50% INR payment at the time of registration

  • Balance payment 4 days before departure

  • Registration charges are non-refundable.

  • If cancellations are made within 2 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity.

  • However, no refund will be provided for the same.

  • In case of lockdown in destination place, credit shell will be released. You can use it in further bookings, after deduction of IRCTC/airlines cancellation charges.

  • If cancelled 5 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
